End of an Era

Brayden finished preschool last month. I have been in denial because he still had three weeks of summer camp at the preschool, but it all ends today. The end of an era. The end of twice daily drives down Coal Creek Parkway to drop off and pick up. The end of a frantic stopwatch telling me I only had 2.5-3.5 hours to get all of my work/chores/errands done. The end of backpacks filled with the day's artwork (aside from the masterpieces, most of it went into the recycle bin). The end of afternoons with my buddy.

Newport Covenant Christian Preschool has been such a loving preschool for my three kiddos. While Taylor and Matty both spent a year or two at Aldersgate Christian Preschool, NCCP has been our "home/safe place" for five or six years. I will miss all of the teachers, the director, and the families. It was a wonderful, safe, Christ-centered, loving school for my kiddos.

Below are some pictures of Brayden's last days of Pre-K. I pray he carries his smile and love of learning with him to Newcastle Elementary.
