Bookmarks and Bouncy Balls

God bless my little boy. He is really the cutest thing ever. As I keep saying, he is seven going on four. Yesterday, we were driving home from the dentist and he had an idea. He said, "Mom! When we get home, I am going to see if any of our neighbors want me to make them a bookmark." And sure enough, he spent the rest of the afternoon (the kids have early dismissal on Wednesdays and we were home from their dentist appointments by 3:00) wandering around the neighborhood, asking neighbors if they would like a bookmark. In fact, I have received at least five text messages from friends in the neighborhood saying, "Brayden just stopped by and said he is selling bookmarks for free." He would take orders, race home, make the bookmarks (which he also "laminated" with tape) and then jump on his bike and deliver the orders.

Today after school, he did the same thing. But today, his featured item was a bouncy ball. :)

I just love him. And I love that he is feeling more confident and leaving home without me.
