Miss T is rocking high school. After her first semester, with a heavy course load of Geometry, Biology, Honors Literature, AP Human Geography, Spanish 2, Leadership and PE, Taylor has a 4.0. She is absolutely incredible. The craziest thing about her amazing grades is that she rarely studies. I hear stories from other parents about how much work their kids are doing in the evenings and on the weekends, and that is not the case with Taylor. She manages her time very efficiently.
Now, I have cautioned Taylor many times that it is absolutely okay (and very normal) to get a B (or heck, even an A-) in a class. I certainly do not want her obsessing about keeping a 4.0 through high school. As long as she tries her best, that is all I care about. She is a motivated, driven, young lady! I am excited to watch her thrive.
