We're halfway there! Tommy and I had our 20-week ultrasound last week, and I am happy to report that our baby's gender is still unknown! After caving in the week of Taylor's ultrasound, we stood firm this time (despite my attempts to change Tommy's mind). I must say, it is a different experience to not know if those movements inside my belly are those of a little boy or a little girl! Most importantly, though, the baby is healthy. We feel so blessed! Just over four months before we meet this little miracle.
My belly is ripening day by day! It certainly did not look like this at 20-weeks the last time around. Many of my friends and family commented that I popped during my trip back to Indy. Maybe it was all of Mimi's food? Regardless, there is no hiding the fact that I am pregnant now. Sadly, I am already feeling some of the discomforts I felt at the end of my last pregnancy - back aches, numbness in my hands, and general shortness of breath are already occurring. Taylor keeps me pretty active, so there is no rest for the weary in my house.
Belly pictures to come...
