I mentioned in a blog post earlier this spring that Matty had his first communion, randomly, one Sunday morning in April. There was no pomp and circumstance like there was for Taylor. Well, same goes for Brayden. We went to Bel Pres (yes, we are back at Bel Pres after a year hiatus) over Labor Day weekend, and when it was time for communion, I asked Brayden if he would like to participate. He said he understood the sacrament and was ready. So, that was it! He went up and took the bread and "wine" from Pastor Scott. I am so proud of this boy and his heart for Jesus. He has kept all of us accountable and lead the charge to get involved at church again. Thank you, Lord, for blessing Brayden.
