Halloween

For the first time in many years, I did not host a pre-Trick or Treating Halloween party. I announced my retirement at last year's pre-func. I figure now that my youngest is in middle school, I do not need to host parties for bus stop kiddos. So, it was strange on Halloween to have NO PLANS. Taylor was invited to her friend Bella's house, Matty was invited to his friend Danny's house, and Brayden was invited to his friend Tyson's house. So, Tommy and I looked at each other like, "What do we do now?" 

We went over to the McNamara's house for dinner and drinks in between our shuttle services for all the kids. It was a miserable Halloween weather-wise, so it was nice to be inside a warm, dry house. But man, it was weird!

Taylor had a few costumes. She and Tyson dressed up as 70s people for a party at her friend Kayla's house the weekend before Halloween. Then, she and Grace dressed up as Barbies for Halloween.

Matty was an inflatable chicken. Brayden was an inflatable man being abducted by an alien. 

I was a candy corn! Tommy and Annie did not dress up this year.
