As promised, here are a few shots of our home for the next 12 months...
As you can tell, our place is rather big (coming from a two-bedroom condo), but it is vertical. There are lots and lots of stairs. This will give us the incentive to move before the little guy (or girl) starts walking. The first floor is primarily the garage and storage; the second floor is the kitchen, dining area, family room, den, and powder room; the third floor is three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and then the very top floor (I call it the nose bleed section) is the master bedroom, bathroom, and balcony.
The kitchen, as you can see, is not huge, but it works. Tommy and I are suckers for 42" cabinets, stainless steel, and granite.
The great room is right off of the kitchen, so I can still see the TV while I cook!
Sneak peak at one of our four bathrooms. I have a lot of toilets to clean now.
Guest bedroom - ready (almost) for visitors!
Baby Bligh's room. My mom and I have a lot of shopping to do when she visits in a few weeks.
Master bedroom on the 4th floor. I am out of breath by the time I reach the top of the stairs.
There you have it. It is not much, but Tommy and I will be comfortable here while we continue our house search.

I love it!!! I'm also glad to see that my room is ready. Also, it's a sad fact of pregnancy that the breathlessness does not get better as the belly gets larger. Ugh! Like I'd get to the top of the stairs (and you've seen the stairs in our house) and have to rest. Pathetic. :)
