At five months old, our little sweet pea is developing quite a personality. She babbles all the time, and she never meets a stranger. When people come up to us at the store, she just smiles and starts "talking" away. It is so darn cute. Taylor is also giggling now, but her giggles are not predictable. I have not been able to capture them on film yet. Recently, Taylor has begun sleeping through the night. She will typically go to bed between 7:00 and 8:00, and she will sleep until 5:00 the next morning. I'm hoping that she'll start sleeping a little later, as I'd prefer not to get up that early, but I know I shouldn't be complaining since she is sleeping nine hours straight.
Taylor is still losing her hair. I was watching some video of her first two months earlier today, and I am amazed how much hair she has lost. She looks like she has a baby toupee right now. The comb-over won't work for too much longer. I am also wondering if I'll need to trim her bangs soon (see picture below).
On to some pictures - momma needs to pack before we leave in two hours!
I just LOVE this picture. This was taken at one of my PEPS meetings. Four babies are missing, but how cute is this? Left to right: Cassidy and Addison (twins), Taylor, Mia, Kendall, Lauren, Jay, Annesley and Addison (twins).
I purposely position Taylor's play mat away from the television so that she does not watch it. Tommy and I have learned that she is very sneaky and will do anything to catch a peak. Here she is leaning over her pillow to see what's going on!
Uh oh... mom caught me!

When it was 90 degrees here a few weeks ago, Taylor slept her in diaper several nights. Thank goodness our new house (knock on wood) has air conditioning (not many houses out here have it). Note that Tay is also sleeping sans swaddle now. We are so happy to have broken her of the habit.
