B's Four+ Month Stats

There is another little peanut in the Bligh house.

As of 4/15/13 (4.5 months):
Weight: 13 lbs, 6 oz (10-15th percentile)
Height: 25.75 in. (75th percentile)
Head Circunference: 16.25 in. (40th percentile)

Between two and four months, Brayden dropped from the 40th percentile to the 10th percentile in weight. This is precisely when both Taylor and Matty dropped too: Taylor dropped from the 35th to 5th percentile (11 lbs, 1 oz) and Matty dropped from the 95th to 45th percentile (14 lbs, 3 oz). I suppose it is time to start encouraging the "F" word: Formula. Don't get offended! I have no problem with infant formula and support all my friends that use it from day one. I just hate that my supply cannot keep up with demand. Brayden is pretty upset about this too, as every time I have tried to give him formula he will start sucking ravenously at the bottle. Then, upon realizing he's not getting breast milk, he furrows his brows, puckers his lips, and refuses to drink any more. I will continue to try and supplement with formula in the coming days/weeks, and it will be time for solid food soon enough. Here's hoping I can bulk up my little man!
