Easter

We had a nice Easter. Unfortunately, it torrentially down-poured this year, which made it hard wear pastel colors or take pictures outdoors. The good news is that the weather was nice the weekend before and we were able to squeeze in a couple of egg hunts - one in our neighborhood and another at the boys' preschool. The Easter bunny brought the kids new beach towels and flip flops, and he left tons of eggs around the house. We got a great video of the kids running around with their baskets on Easter morning. They were not thrilled with the bunny's candy selection - jelly beans only - so we will have to leave him a note next year. After a quick breakfast, we all got dressed and headed off to church. The boys looked so adorable in their little suits, although we had to talk Matty into taking his slacks off and wearing jeans instead (the pants were waaaaay too long) and Brady literally ripped his bowtie off before I could take a single picture. My many attempts at a good sibling picture are below. After church, we spent the day at Grandma and Pop Pop's - eating, watching movies, playing and relaxing. It was nice to "check out" for a day.

Neighborhood Egg Hunt - Lauretta and Sadie Finholm joined us for the day. Poor Taylor had her first softball practice and was not happy about missing the egg hunt.

A couple of quick attempts at a picture before church.

More attempts at Grandma and Pop Pop's house. You get the idea...
