Yesterday marked the four-month countdown to my due date! Below is an updated belly shot. I will be 23 weeks tomorrow, and my belly has more than doubled in the past couple of weeks. I don't think this picture does my belly justice, but I am definitely feeling pregnant now.
My mom is in town this week. She flew in on Sunday and will be here until Monday morning. She has been such a help! Just in the past few days, we have ordered all of the nursery furniture, bought bedding and curtains, registered at Babies R Us and Pottery Barn Kids, and shopped for maternity clothes. Tommy's mom has been a big help too. You should have seen the two grandmas while we were shopping yesterday. They were too funny. Clearly, they are excited to meet their granddaughter.
I'll post pictures of the baby's room once it starts to come together. The furniture will not arrive for 10-12 weeks, though, so be patient.
