We Survived!

I am back from Chicago, and I am happy to report that we all survived. Tommy and Taylor enjoyed their daddy/daughter time, and I had a great weekend with my girlfriends! Despite all of my anxiety, I am SO glad I went to Chicago. Thanks Coors, Caroline, Gretchen, Megan, Foli, Vonder, Sandra, Shannon, and Jess for a fun weekend.

Friday night, Taylor did something she's never done before - she slept through the night (figures that she'd do this while I was away)! She slept from 8:00 PM until 6:15 AM. Tommy actually woke her up at that time because he was worried, so who knows if she would have slept longer. I am a little bitter that she did this while I was gone. Okay, I am very bitter. Since I've been back, she's been up every few hours at night, which has not helped me recover from a wild weekend.

My laptop is currently chillin' with the Geek Squad at Best Buy, so it will be a few weeks before I am able to post new pictures. Thank goodness we have a warranty on our computer because this is the second time in five months that we'd had to take it in for work. Urgh.

Tomorrow Taylor will be 100 days old! Of course, I only know this because the news keeps discussing Obama's first 100 days in office. I guess this is another perk of Tay's birthday. :)
